Aristotle Launches Ad Agency Division - With a Twist
Feb. 14, 2007
LITTLE ROCK, ARK (February 14, 2007) - Aristotle, the website development and interactive firm
based in Little Rock, Arkansas announced today the creation of an advertising agency division.
Online/Offline Marketing Services
is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the convergence of traditional and online marketing services," said Marla Johnson Norris, Aristotle CEO. "It became clear to us that traditional advertising agencies were having difficulty adjusting to the new marketing landscape the Internet has created. With our company's background in video game development, wireless connectivity, digital video and photography, web development and traditional agency services, it made sense in our evolution that we would broaden and integrate our online/offline marketing services
Recent research published by industry experts at The Center for Media Research (Research Brief, 1/5/2007) confirms that the rapid convergence of communications technologies and the Internet have begun driving marketers to seek "blended" agencies with expertise in both technology and traditional advertising.
The new agency division, named "Aristotle Integrated Marketing," will develop campaigns for clients that fully integrate online and offline channels
to capitalize upon rapidly advancing communications trends and technologies.
"We are focusing first on serving the needs of our existing clients who want to benefit from integrating online and offline media," said Scott Crider, Director of Aristotle Integrated Marketing. Advantages include helping clients find a "seamless path-to-purchase" whether they choose to go directly to the website or through a search engine, mobile device, toll free number, e-mail, text message, podcast, user-generated content site, or "the next big thing." Aristotle's methodology also enables clients to capitalize upon valuable data for tracking marketing ROI and decision-making.
"We've been really pleased with the response we've received," Crider said. "Baptist Health, Arkansas' largest health system, Travel South USA, one of the nation's largest tourism organizations, and Ouachita Baptist University, one of the most respected private universities in the South, have already launched new integrated campaigns with us."
"One thing that has not changed is that we are laser-focused on our clients' and their customers' current and future needs," said Johnson Norris. "This move is a commitment to help connect our clients to their customers in this wired universe through any way the customer chooses."
