Aristotle Interactive Wins International Marketing Awards
Agency's Online and Offline Projects Honored by 2011 MarCom Awards
LITTLE ROCK, AR — November 16, 2011 — Aristotle Interactive took home three prestigious honors from the 2011 MarCom Awards, an international competition for any individual or company involved in the concept, writing and design of print, visual, audio and web materials and programs.  Out of more than 6,000 entries from around the globe, Aristotle’s marketing efforts, which ranged from blog design to rack brochures, won a Platinum and two Gold awards for three of the agency’s travel and tourism clients. Entrants from around the world competed in over 200 categories in seven forms of marketing communications.
Hilton Head Island Blog Takes Top Platinum Honor
The Platinum Award, MarCom’s top honor, was presented to the Hilton Head Island Visitor and Convention Bureau’s Island Vibe Blog. The blog uniquely showcases eight different aspects of the island that users can learn more about before planning their trip. The sections include Family, Golf, Outdoor, Foodie, Wedding, Art, Eco and Wellness. Check out Hilton Head Island’s award-winning blog at IslandVibe.org.
Arkansas MicroSite and Huntington Beach Brochure Earn Gold
The Arkansas Department of Parks and Tourism and the Huntington Beach Marketing and Visitors Bureau were both honored with Gold MarCom Awards. The Arkansas Department’s Dining Site won in the Microsite category, and the Huntington Beach MVB’s Visitor Brochure won for Brochure in the Business to Consumer category. Aristotle also received two Honorable Mentions for the Arkansas Repertory Theatre’s website in the Pro Bono category and the Lake Havasu Convention and Visitor Bureau’s website in the Design (Web)/Website category.
