Session Title: Marketing Beyond the Average to Drive Growth

Session Overview: Consumers are more engaged in digital than ever before, and in digital, the appeal of optimizing to the average is pervasive. But not all customers are alike—some are more valuable than others. Leading Marketers understand there is no average customer; they think beyond demographics, and they prioritize lifetime value (LTV) to drive growth. Leading Marketers use LTV to understand the future value of customers to their business; they act on this understanding to market to these audiences differently, and they invest in experimentation to move faster in bringing this to life.
