Aristotle Launches Chattanooga CVB Website Jun. 19, 2007

The Chattanooga Convention and Visitors Bureau selected Aristotle as its web site development consultant for the Bureau's new site at Aristotle strategically designed and programmed the site to help the bureau inform visitors of the many attractions the city and its surrounding area have to offer and to brand Chattanooga as a major travel destination.

Launched on June 8, 2007, the site features a user-friendly layout complete with flash animation, video, and crisp photography. The site offers easy links to the many attractions and accommodations found in the area including dining, art and history, outdoor activities and shopping. A trip planner offers visitors suggested itineraries from "Family Fun in Downtown Chattanooga" to "After the Meeting Adjourns" nightlife activities.

Aristotle programmed a complex content management system with an easy user interface that enables bureau staff to manage and update banner ads, calendar of event listings, content images and webpage text. The program allows staff to post banner ads on multiple pages of the site, insert hyperlinks to other sites and to automatically control the duration of time an ad will run on the site.

Aristotle programmed tracking tools into the site that allow the Bureau to report banner ad performance stats to Bureau members. The tracking program allows the bureau to measure site traffic and click-through rates and provides conversion statistics.
