Elvis Week Fans Granted New Online Resource
Jun. 13, 2008
Every year thousands of people gather in Memphis for the annual celebration known as Elvis Week to celebrate the King of rock n’ roll. The week long celebration features everything from live concerts on the lawn of Graceland to brunch in the Elvis Presley Car Museum to a candlelight vigil at Elvis’ grave.
Every year the event grows bigger and better, and 2008 will be no exception.
To accommodate the hundreds of thousands of fans seeking information about Elvis Week online, Elvis Presley Enterprises and Aristotle launched ElvisWeek.com
, a site dedicated to providing resources for Elvis fans worldwide.
The new microsite offers visitors the chance to plan their trip to Memphis for Elvis Week 2008 through interactive tools
such as an events calendar, hotel reservation information and ticket package offers.
All practical information aside, the site also boasts several fun and interactive features including videos
and photos of past Elvis Week events, fan blogs and a virtual wall, which allows fans to share personal thoughts, feelings and experiences about Elvis.
ElvisWeek.com just one of many sites created during the partnership between EPE and Aristotle. Additional sites include Elvis.com
and many others.
