Will my internet bill go up after a few months?
What we quote is what you pay—no surprises down the road.
Does Aristotle set up my devices?
Absolutely. Most Aristotle plans include free setup for as many as 5 devices.
That’s personal, in-home service you just won’t get from providers like Starlink, Hughesnet, or T-Mobile.
Do I get a WiFi router with my service?
Absolutely. Every Aristotle plan includes a high-performance Gigaspire router, free of charge.
Companies like Brightspeed and Kinetic? They rent you the same gear for a monthly fee.
Do I get any WiFi extenders with my service?
You bet. Most Aristotle plans include 1 or more WiFi extenders at no extra cost—unlike Brightspeed and others who’ll charge you for full coverage.
Do I have to pay extra for router protection?
Not with us. Aristotle provides a free, full-coverage protection plan for your router.
That’s something Verizon and Spectrum just don’t offer.
Does Aristotle offer custom WiFi mapping for my location?
We sure do. Most plans come with free on-site WiFi mapping to make sure your signal reaches every corner.

Can I get a FREE Roku Stick with my service?

Unlike Cox and AT&T, we don’t ship your calls off overseas. You’ll talk to someone right here at home.
Does Aristotle charge for service visits?
All Aristotle Internet plans now come with ArisShield — Aristotle’s equipment protection and service plan. ArisShield covers accidental damage to your Aristotle equipment and cabling.
In many cases, on-site visits to your location are also included at no additional charge. A small fee may apply for repairs that aren’t covered by the plan, such as damage caused by pets.
