Not an Aristotle Internet customer? Contact your wireless service provider and request that they:

- Disable SIP-ALG Helper
Can I keep my existing phone number(s)?
When you’re ready to get started, Aristotle will either need to transfer (port) your existing phone numbers to our service or register a new phone number. See more about number porting and pricing below.
What are the costs to port or acquire a phone number?
Existing Number Porting
Transferring a number from your existing carrier, such as AT&T, Sprint, etc., to Aristotle's carrier.
$20 setup, $1 monthly
Toll-Free Number Porting
$20 setup, $7.50 monthly for up to 200 minutes
Over 200 minutes: $0.50 per additional 20 minutes
New Number Acquisition
Setting up a new phone number with Aristotle's carrier. Specific numbers may be available upon request.
FREE setup, $1 monthly
Toll-free Number Acquisition
Setting up a new, toll-free phone number with Aristotle's carrier. Specific numbers may be available upon request. Allows in-bound calling free of charge from anywhere in the United States and Canada.
