- Aristotle Fiber subscribers typically experience download speeds between 200-1,000 Mbps, and latency typically ranges between 10-50 ms.

SPEEDS & SERVICES: Actual speeds and latencies of Aristotle services may be less than expected during peak times of high network usage. Service tier availability may vary depending upon each location, line of sight conditions, elevation, and other factors. The expected speeds and latencies stated below are not guaranteed. Other rates/speeds may be available in your area. Subject to availability. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Other conditions may apply.
INSTALL FEE: One-time $100 installation fee for customers without a one-year contract.
INVOICES: Monthly service invoices are sent via email. Monthly paper invoices are available at an additional cost of $2.50/mo.
EMAIL: Residential packages include one (1) Aristotle.net email address per account. Business packages include five (5) Aristotle.net email addresses per account. Additional Aristotle.net email addresses are available at $2 per month (or $21 per year) each. Get email addresses at your business domain with Aristotle Signature Mail.
Limitation of Responsibility for Connected Devices
- Aristotle's “Full Service Setup” offer to connect devices is only available during the initial installation.
- Aristotle is not responsible for the functionality, condition, performance, or repair of any customer-owned equipment or hardware (including but not limited to routers, computers, smart devices, or other third-party networking equipment) that is connected to the broadband service during installation.
- Aristotle is not liable for any damage to (or malfunction of) customer-owned devices that may occur as a result of or following the installation process, including normal connection to the broadband system.
- Aristotle does offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for devices that we connect during installation. Aristotle does not provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, or repair for any devices or systems not connected directly by Aristotle during installation.
- Any connections made by Aristotle to in-home devices are solely for the purpose of confirming broadband service functionality and do not imply responsibility for the continued operation or configuration of such devices.
- Aristotle is not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions of the Customer's equipment, wiring, or network environment.
- For specialized technical support regarding the operation of TVs, tablets, smartphones, and other consumer electronics, please contact the manufacturer directly.
