Auto Attendant

Automated messages guide your callers to reach staff/departments, voicemail or other phone numbers. For example, callers can be prompted to wait on hold by customized messaging and hold music and then routed to available staff in the order in which they called.

Includes up to 2 hours Discovery and up to 2 hours Revisions/Maintenance within first 2 months. Standard Service Fees apply for maintenance over 2 hours/after 2 months. Customer must provide any custom audio or voice recordings (WAV files). Aristotle can help with recording services/voice-overs for an additional cost.

Ring / Hunt Groups

Dial one phone number or extension to ring multiple users within a group. Choose from the following options:

Simultaneous: For users who are on the go, the system can ring office phones, cell phones, and an extension all at the same time. Never miss a call again.

Linear: Calls move down a queue of agents/seats until one is available. If none are available, the caller is directed to a hold or voice message.

Round-Robin: Calls are directed to the agent/seat that has taken the least number of calls.

Call Park

A call can be “parked,” allowing staff to pick up the call from another phone by dialing the Call Parked ID.

Call Mobility / Office Phone to Cell

Call Recording

Record incoming/outgoing calls for quality control, training, etc. Oldest recordings are overwritten by newest recordings.

Includes 1GB (about 60 minutes) of storage. Recorded WAV files are about 16.5 MBs per minute.) Additional storage is available at additional cost. Auto Attendant feature is required to announce that, “Calls are being recorded.”

Caller ID Lookup (Inbound)

System announces the name and/or company name of unlimited inbound callers.

Aristotle Phone plans include free calls within the United States and Canada, but we can also enable international calls at rates lower than traditional phone services. Select your specific countries or enable all countries for discounted calls.

Custom Music on Hold

Customize your hold feature by adding custom messages or royalty-free music.

The basic version includes three open-source music files. Customer must provide audio as WAV files.

Software Management Portal

Give staff members access to the system admin to make changes to the organization’s account.

Recommended only for staff with extensive computer systems knowledge and special training by Aristotle.

Softphone

Use a staff member’s computer as a phone (without VoIP phone hardware) utilizing “softphone” software.

CalL Overages
• Aristotle Digital Voice plans include Unlimited Incoming Call Minutes and up to 1500 Outgoing Call Minutes per month. Outgoing Call Minutes over 1500 costs an additional $0.007/minute.

Technical Support
• Two (2) months of phone and set-up support included. After 2mo, standard service fees apply.
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Support available during standard office hours.

Standard Service Fees
• Fees billed at $75/hour with $75 minimum
