Pay My Bill

Aristotle has upgraded to a new billing system.

Aristotle customers can now pay their bill using our new payment portal.  Please follow the directions below to set up your account and make a payment. 

If you pay by mail, your invoices will have a brand new look!

Set Up Your Account

Ready to pay your bill? You’ll need to set up an account in our new billing portal before you can make a payment. 


  1. Click the Pay My Bill button ( to get started.
  2. In the login, put the email address associated with your Aristotle Account
  3. Select "Do Not Remember Your Password?"
    • This is how you will create your own personalized password.
  4. Put your email address in the provided field. 
  5. You will get an email to set up your new password.
    • We will not be able to see your password, so make sure you save it!
  6. Return to the Payment Portal and log in using the new password.

  • A new look to your next invoice

  • No interruption of Internet or phone services
